Holiday Caroling:

Within the vicinity of NYU and at the center of the Village with 5th Avenue’s last point running smack into the center of the park at Waverly Place.
The Washington Square Association is excited to announce that we are hosting our 98th annual Christmas Tree Lighting, and we want to personally invite you! We are lucky to again have The Rob Sussman Brass Quartet provide the music and Linseigh Green lead us through the Songbook of Carols, which we will happily distribute and can be found online on our website.
For a nearly a century, the Washington Square Association has been bringing joy to the holiday seasons of the residents of Greenwich Village with a holiday tree lighting and Christmas caroling, 100% funded by your donations.
The Association provides the annual Christmas tree just south of the Arch that will be lit for the season between the hours of 4:00 pm and 1:00 am.
