32^nd Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade & Festival

At Tompkins Square Park in the East Village (Alphabet City)
The park is between East 7^th – 10^th Street between Avenue A & B

According to the official site the competition begins at 1:00 pm wherein all those lovely pooches will be judged on their Halloween Costumes!

Amongst the list of judging will be: Best Group Costume (Humans and Dogs); Best Costume on Wheels; Best Current Event Costume; Best NYC Themed Costume; Best Celebrity Themed Costume; Judges Favorite.

There’s as well the following competitions: Best Food Costume; Best Animal Costume; Best Scariest Costume; Best Chihuahua (Chi-lloween); Judges Favorite
