A new edition of Giovanni Battista Pergolesi’s Mass in D Major, lost for over 300 years, is the outcome of recent musicological research carried out by the Centro Studi Pergolesi in Milan. This monumental work is full of drama and astonishing vocal virtuosity. The concert will also include Pergolesi’s Laudate Pueri.
