The Staten Island Zoo Spooktacular maintains the following

practices and procedures:

Spooktacular runs rain or shine! No refunds or exchanges

Entrance and Exit on Clove Rd only. Our Broadway gate will remain closed.

Attractions follow a one-way walkthrough around the Zoo’s 8-acre campus

Tickets are limited and timed, staggered every half an hour. 

Attendees should arrive NO MORE than 10-minutes before their scheduled entrance time.

Light snacks and grab & go foods will be available for purchase

Costumes are welcomed! Come dressed in your best. Take part in our virtual costume contest.
