Footsteps for Progress: 5K Run, Walk & Roll + Kids’ Fun Run

Join Queens Centers for Progress for their 2025 Footsteps for Progress event—a family-friendly 5K Run, Walk, or Roll and Kids’ Fun Run at Alley Pond Park. Registration starts at 8:00 AM, the Kids’ Fun Run kicks off at 8:30 AM, and the main 5K begins at 9:00 AM. This free event supports services for people with developmental disabilities, with a $35 fee for those participating in the timed 5K race. Grand Marshal Elizabeth DiChiara of Arch Insurance will lead the festivities, with support from NYC Council Members Linda Lee and James Gennaro.
