Attending a concert:

Attending the Citi Concert Series on TODAY is a free and exciting experience open to the public, taking place at the TODAY Plaza in Rockefeller Center. Fans can request a limited number of Fan Passes in advance, which provide priority access to the concert. Those without passes are welcome to join the General Admission line the morning of the event, where space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Check-in is usually at the corner of 48th Street and Rockefeller Plaza, and guests are encouraged to arrive by 5:00 a.m. to secure a good spot. While Fan Pass holders are admitted first, exact placement near the stage is at the discretion of event security.

Concerts are standing-room only, with no seating provided, and re-entry is not permitted once inside. All guests must pass through security, and while light snacks and beverages are allowed, large bags or luggage are not. Concerts are generally held rain or shine, but may be adjusted in cases of extreme weather or breaking news. Visitors needing accessibility accommodations should notify staff upon arrival. Restrooms are not available on the Plaza itself, but public facilities can be found in Rockefeller Center.
