Big Apple Comic Con’s 4th Annual Holiday Con is returning to the New Yorker Hotel in NYC on November 23rd. This year’s event promises a diverse range of exhibitors, artists, guests, and cosplayers, with a special focus on up-and-coming NYC talent.

Highlights of this year’s con include appearances by Al Kahn, the creator of Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh!, and a dedicated Pokémon event room. Other notable guests include animation king Bill Plympton, cartoon genius Peter Kuper, Eisner Award winner Alitha Martinez, and more. The event will also feature a cosplay contest, independent creators alley, and a wide variety of collectible items.

The Holiday Con is a must-attend event for fans of comics, pop culture, and collectibles. Tickets are now on sale, with general admission starting at $30.

This year we are partnering with Crash Media Partners the supercharged Scott Mauriello and Chris Parente will bring their years of knowledge to bear on the BIG APPLE Comic with exciting new guests and events including:

Al Kahn the man who brought the multi-billion dollar Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh! Japanese anime franchises to the world outside of Japan;

an entire warehouse (in a dedicated 1200sq ft event room) of top grade collectibles from the legendary Joe Koch and Forbidden Planet;

and a completely new Independent Creators Alley (ICA) to give small and independent creators an opportunity to bring their work to a broad mainstream audience at BIG APPLE Comic Con.

All this plus an all star guest line up including:

Animation king Bill Plympton (fresh from winning the LA animation festival).

The master of Spy vs Spy and cartoon genius Peter Kuper.

Eisner Award winner Alitha Martinez,

the innovative and spectacular art sensation Nik Virella.

Ever sparkling super talented actor/podcaster all around mensch Ming Chen.

Aaron Reynolds the creator of the best selling phenom Effin’Birds

Michael Fife creator/writer /artist of the action series Panorama (Dark Horse), Bloodstrike: Brutalists (Image Comics), and Zegas (Fantagraphics).

Chuck Forsman creator of Revenger, Celebrated Summer, Slasher, and Automa. His comics, I am Not Okay With This and The End of the Fucking World,have been adapted into Netflix Original Series.

There will be a dedicated Pokemon event room for players and voice actors, and the Balcony will be our dedicated to the Independent Creators Alley (ICA)
