On July 29, teens will take over the Chelsea Market Passage on the High Line at 16th Street to celebrate art and all its facets of expression and healing. We will welcome youth from all over to the city to come create, inspire, express, appreciate, and share the artistic parts of themselves for an evening of celebration and jubilation against the glowing pageant of the park at twilight.””
