Central Park Film Festival Returns this Month of August!

August 16 – 19, 2022
Gates open at 6:30 pm

Within Central Park between Sheep Meadow and the 72nd Street Traverse

There’ll be pre-show programming and music prior to each screening.

Following is the screening schedule as provided by the official site.

Tuesday, August 16:

• The Territory (premiere screening)
  Rain date for The Territory is August 17 in lieu of America’s National Parks scheduled for that day.

Wednesday, August 17:

• America’s National Parks
  To be replaced with a screening of The Territory should there be inclement weather on the prior day of Tuesday.

Thursday, August 18:

• Fire of Love

Friday. August 19:

• JANE

The official site suggests registration for each showing, although they do not say whether it’s implicitly required. Keep in mind how there was no registration for this past summer’s free concerts there which obviously draws many more attendees.
