The Annual Bronx Halloween Day Parade, presented by the Bronx Community Board #2, returns for its 39th year on Saturday, October 26th, 2024, at 12:00 PM. This beloved event has long been a staple of the community, offering children and adults a safe and exciting way to celebrate the Halloween season. This year’s theme is “Zombie Apocalypse,” so participants are encouraged to embrace their inner zombie for a fun-filled day of spooky festivities.
The parade will begin at Southern Blvd. & Westchester Ave., winding through the streets of the Bronx before concluding at Dawson St. Once the parade ends, the celebration will continue at Bill Rainey Park, where an exciting artist showcase will feature performances by celebrity guests, local politicians, and talented artists. Marching bands will bring lively energy to the event, while thrilling costume contests with cash prizes will invite guests to show off their creative zombie costumes.
In addition to the performances and contests, participants can enjoy a variety of activities, including plenty of candy giveaways for both children and adults. With a combination of entertainment, music, and Halloween fun, the Bronx Halloween Day Parade is the perfect event for families and community members to come together and celebrate the spirit of the season.
