If you love music, dance, and community, you won’t want to miss the Red Hook Fest 2023. This free annual festival celebrates the vibrant and diverse culture of Red Hook, Brooklyn. Produced by Hook Arts Media, a nonprofit organization that empowers young people through arts and media education, the festival brings together professional and local artists, youth performers, and community organizations for a weekend of fun and creativity.

It’ll be kicking off on Friday, June 2, at 5 pm ET at PS15 with a dance party and community barbecue. There, you’ll enjoy free food, great music, and family-friendly activities. The festival will continue on Saturday, June 3, at 2:00 pm ET at Coffey Park and Pier with a mainstage event featuring world-class artists and bands. You can also explore free resources and activities from local nonprofits and agencies, such as kayaking on the harbor, art classes, and face painting. The festival will end with a spectacular sunset concert on the waterfront with a headliner performance.
