The JCRC-NY Celebrate Israel Parade is an annual event that expresses love and support for the State of Israel. It started in 1965 and has grown to become the world’s largest expression of solidarity with the Jewish state. Every year, hundreds of thousands of people join the parade on Fifth Avenue in New York City, along with dozens of floats, marching bands, and musical performers. The parade embraces Jewish people from all over the world and all walks of life, much like the country it celebrates.
This year’s parade will be held on June 4th, 2023, and will mark Israel’s 75th birthday under the theme: Israel @ 75: Renewing the Hope. The parade will showcase the achievements, diversity, and culture of Israel, as well as its contributions to humanity. The parade will also honor the resilience and courage of the Israeli people, who have overcome many challenges and continue to pursue peace and prosperity. The parade will feature some exciting Jewish and Israeli musical performers, as well as special guests and dignitaries.
