NEW YORK, NY (April 16, 2024) – North River Lobster Company, New York City’s floating lobster and seafood restaurant, is officially reopening for its 10th season on the Hudson River. Beginning Thursday, April 18, Seafood lovers will rejoice at the opportunity to enjoy fresh Maine lobster rolls, seafood platters, burgers, shareable appetizers, and signature cocktails while taking in the stunning sights of New York City along the Hudson River.
A New York City favorite for tourists and locals alike for the past decade, North River Lobster Company has become known for its variety of lobster rolls and dishes, including beloved classics like the cold Maine Lobster Roll and the warm, buttery Connecticut Roll, alongside innovative creations like the Lower East Side Lobster Roll served on a delectable everything bagel. Guests looking for an indulgent option can check out the Double Truffle Roll made with truffle oil mayo on a potato roll with truffle parmesan fries; the Lobster Dinner with corn, French fries, and Cole slaw; and the world’s biggest lobster roll The Shelley measuring a whopping 28 inches in length, which returned in 2023 to popular demand. North River proudly offers a wide variety of raw bar options including Oysters and Little Neck Clams; non-lobster options like the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Beer-Battered Fish & Chips; plus, desserts like the Lobster Clawsicle in strawberry or mango.

For just $45, customers can join the Season Pass Club where members receive free boarding throughout the 2024 season and receive a free drink the week of their birthday or half birthday. Anyone living or working near Pier 81 will qualify for the Season Pass Club and receive free boarding all season. Additionally, the boat has undergone exciting renovations, including new photo opportunities such as a giant lobster claw, an Instagrammable “One in Two Million” lobster wall, plus more fun ways for guests to capture their favorite moments onboard.
