50 World Class Madison Avenue Galleries including Acquavella Galleries, Baahng Gallery, Boers-Li Gallery, Di Donna, DAG, Erik Thomsen Gallery Galerie Gmurzynska, Helly Nahmad Gallery, Howard Greenberg, Leila Heller, Levy Gorvy, James Goodman, Mnuchin Gallery, Petzel Gallery, Richard Gray Gallery, & Co., Tagore Gallery, Van de Weghe Fine Art, and White Cube.
Madison Avenue will become an epicenter of art during the 3rd annual Madison Avenue Gallery Walk. Curators from internationally acclaimed participating galleries will open their doors to the public to offer gallery talks and tours discussing their respective exhibitions by curators and artists. Madison Avenue Gallery Walk has been organized to give art collectors and enthusiasts the time and space to visit the participating galleries.
A print edition of the Madison Avenue Gallery Map will be available, as well as information about the tours and talks, at the two ARTnews information tents located at 790 Madison at East 67thand at 1020 Madison Avenue at East 79th Streets.

Acquavella Galleries – “Lucian Freud: Monumental” featuring large scale naked portraits by Freud from 1990-2007,
Baahng Gallery – Artist Talk & Opening Reception for Porte Aguas, and a solo exhibition by Pilar Goutas.
Boers-Li Gallery – “Worlds without Borders,” a solo exhibition of Esteban Cabeza de Baca, a walk-through with the artist, followed by a reception

New Museum Celebrates The Statue Of Liberty’s History, Influence, And Legacy In The World
The Statue of Liberty Museum, a new museum that celebrates the Statue of Liberty’s history, influence, and legacy in the world, will open on Thursday, May 16, 2019 on Liberty Island.
The new 26,000-square-foot museum features three gallery spaces, each one meant to inspire visitors and educate them about the Statue of Liberty in interactive and thought-provoking ways.
