Every 2 or so years the celebration down by the Seaport seems to transform itself and it’ll appear as if it’s a bit unpredictable. Long gone are the days of the Singing Carol Tree and we’re not too sure about the strolling Santa. Regardless, there’s sure to be crowds at this year’s event just as in past years.
