    10:30 – 11:30 (10 am setup) Chinese Music Ensemble of New York
    In this performance a smaller ensemble plays a selection of their repertoire complete with drums and cymbals. Featuring some of the younger members in traditional costume and solo performances.

    11:30 – 12:30 Opening Ceremonies
    Opening Ceremonies with invited dignitaries, Dragon Dancing Team/Percussions, Wakening of the Dragon, Team Parade

    1:00 – 2:00. Echo Music Jam Band
    A collaboration between musicians in the Echo music scene and talented local singers that together showcase the best of Pop, Rock, Alternative, and Metal music. For DBF they will present a fusion of Canto and American pop.

    2:00 – 3:00. Valerie Green/Dance Entropy
    Valerie Green/Dance Entropy will perform WILD KINGDOM: a vibrant, fun-filled dance. The company will present three works: Dandia, Chiquita Chiquita, and Wild Kingdom, all stimulating crowd pleasers, getting audience members dancing and laughing – a hit for all ages to enjoy!

    3:00 – 4:00. Shaolin Masters
    Shaolin Masters from New York Shaolin Temple. Led by Master Chaohai Lan, perform martial arts in the tradition of the Shaolin Temple.

    10:30 – 11:30. CASYM Steel Orchestra
    An ensemble from the larger group of 90 members between ages of 7 – 21 bring the sounds of the Islands.

    12:00 – 1:00. St. John’s University Orchestra and Vocals
    Some 30 people play and sing songs from the 40’s to 70’s. Great energy and dancing on the green.

    1:00-2:00. Folklorica from Mexico.
    Colorful dances in traditional dress.

    2:00 – 3:00. The Kafele Bandele Group
    A Grammy nominated artist for “Water” and featured on Billboard for recently released “Blue Notes and Green Trees.” A background of Jazz, Hip-Hop and R&B plus afro-beat and other types of dance music provided the influences that helped cultivate his unique sound

    3:00 – 4:00. Shaolin Masters
    Shaolin Masters from New York Shaolin Temple perform martial arts i the tradition of the Shaolin Temple.
