This hugely impressive parade will have thousands of pipers marching up the Avenue of the Americas as we all stand on the sidelines enjoying the sound of bagpipes. New Yorkled has been to one of these long ago and if you’re just as big a fan of Pipes and Drums as we are then you’ll be pleased by what’s in store at this grand parade.
For those who haven’t marched before, or want to be reminded of what to do: The Parade starts at 2.00pm on April 5th at W45th Street and marches up 6th Avenue to 55th Street. Nearer the time, you will be told of Line of March and where to muster before 2.00.
