NEW YORK, NY—December 3, 2018—Rockefeller Center visitors can now add an authentic piece of a Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree to their personal holiday decorations. Beginning December 1st, first edition “Share the Light” ornaments, each featuring a light bulb used to illuminate a previous Rockefeller Center Christmas tree, will be available for purchase at The Holiday Truck at Rockefeller Center and the Top of the Rock® gift shop. The Share the Light Ornament is $95 and a variety Rockefeller Center ornaments will be available for purchase with prices starting at $25.
The custom-designed Holiday Truck at Rockefeller Center will reside on the South esplanade adjacent to the famous Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree and the Rink at Rockefeller Center® from Saturday, December 1st until Saturday, December 22nd. Hours of operation are from 8 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. A selection of boutique gifts will be available and lucky shoppers may find other unique gifts throughout the season, including signed Gray Malin x Rockefeller Center prints.
The Truck will also feature rotating activities for visitors of all ages: from family-friendly fun including photo booths and family illustrations, to boutique takeovers, carolers and a silent disco.
