We now have a world-wide epidemic of stress with anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, violence, addictive behavior. Dr. Brown will discuss a drug free, large group intervention based on simple techniques from yoga, qi-gong and orthodox Christian monastic practices that are scientifically based. After brief discussion of the science we will experience a brief practice and then share the effect on our mind-body-spirit”.
