    At St. Peter’s Church

    New York, NY – On Friday, September 11, 2015, at 7:00pm, The Salvatones, under the direction of Daniel Brondel, will present 9/11 Reflections, a collaborative, multi-media program of vocal and orchestral music along with poetry readings and an art exhibition. Vocal ensemble The Salvatones, will be joined by string ensemble New York Virtuosi, and organist Stephen Fraser. Chelsea Piers Kids will make a guest appearance, directed by Adrienne Dunn, and works by local visual artists curated by Jody Davis. The 75-minute program, expressing themes of remembrance and resilience, features works by Bernstein and Copland, American folk songs, spirituals and patriotic music. The program will take place at historic St. Peter’s Church, 22 Barclay Street, at the corner of Church Street.
