    Parade takes off from Madison Avenue & 38th Street at 12:00 pm down to the mid-twenties.

    Food courts & merchandise booths to appear at and around 26th Street from 11:00 am – 6:00 pm

    Cultural programs taking place from 25-26th Streets from 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
