FAMILY VEGGIE AND YOGA NIGHT

At Trinity Wall Street’s Charlotte’s Place in Lower Manhattan

FOURTH FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH FROM 6:00 – 7:15 PM

ADMISSION: Free and open only to families with children under 18

Yoga is a great way for a family to bond, and it is also a great equalizer. Bring the entire family to Charlotte’s Place (107 Greenwich Street) at 6 PM the fourth Friday of every month for Family Veggie and Yoga Night. Your children will love helping you work on poses that come easily and naturally to them! This fun, healthy class includes yoga poses that are accessible to people of all ages, and also emphasizes group and partner poses. Delicious veggie snacks will be served. We have some yoga equipment available in the space but please feel free to bring yoga mats if you have them.

Charlotte’s Place is a free community space in Lower Manhattan supported and operated by Trinity Wall Street, an Episcopal parish in the city of New York.

For upcoming events, visit http://www.trinitywallstreet.org/calendar, or check the Charlotte’s Place Facebook and Twitter pages.
