On Thursday, May 31, 2018, the Animal Legal Defense Fund, the nation’s preeminent legal advocacy organization for animals, will be hosting fellow animal lovers and advocates for an elegant evening of mingling and networking at 287 Gallery in Chelsea. Guests will enjoy delicious drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and music while hearing about the important work the Animal Legal Defense Fund is doing to protect animals. Executive Director, Stephen Wells, and Founder, Joyce Tischler, will give a brief presentation highlighting the organization’s recent successes and future plans to protect animals through the legal system.

The Animal Legal Defense Fund was founded in 1979 to protect the lives and advance the interests of animals through the legal system.
