Dr. Brown, leader of one of the most prominent Protestant churches in New York City and the nation, will be celebrating his newest book, A Five Mile Walk.

Join the celebrating of Dr. Michael B. Brown’s newest book, A Five Mile Walk, a how-to guide of growing in practical faith. The celebration will include a festive coffee hour, offering the chance to pick up a copy of the new book and have it signed. Dr. Brown is the author of six books and a contributing author to eleven others. He has been included in the Great American Preachers book series.

Dr. Brown has been the Senior Minister of Marble Collegiate Church since 2009. He is the recipient of both the Circuit Rider Certificate of Merit from The United Methodist Church and the John L. Borchert Award for Christian Communications, and has served as preacher for The Protestant Hour radio program. A frequent lecturer, preacher and motivational speaker, addressing both religious and secular groups, Dr. Brown uses humor and anecdotes to describe a philosophy of life assured to bring meaning, joy, and hope to those who practice it.
