Variations from Don Quixote, the Ballet
Salon Evenings | Dance at the Frick Collection
Friday, April 10, 6 p.m.
Saturday, April 11, 6 p.m.
The Don Quixote performed by the major ballet companies of the world was inspired by Marius Petipa’s original nineteenth-century production to Ludwig Minkus’s beloved score. Ballet Master Clinton Luckett presents enchanting excerpts from Don Quixote, performed by Isabella Boylston, James Whiteside, and other guest artists from the American Ballet Theatre.
This season’s Salon Evenings explore the rich history of Don Quixote with music, discussion, and dance. Tickets are $40 ($35 for members).
