    Jazz prodigy Matthew Whitaker — performs an intimate LIVE concert at Harlem Stage on Saturday, September 25 at 7:30 PM ($25-$35) — to celebrate the release of his new album Connections.

    20-year-old Whitaker has already been hailed as “the greatest” by fellow jazz pianist Jon Batiste and featured CBS “60 Minutes”, remarkable accomplishments for the young musician who was born blind and three months premature, his family was told he would never walk or speak (if he even survived the 11 surgeries he went through before age 3).
