Highlights on this tour will include: the final resting places of artists Jean-Michel Basquiat and John Frederick Kensett; William S. Hart, a star of silent films; Frank Morgan, the Wizard of Oz; plus the founder of the ASPCA; the inventor of the hot dog; Civil War generals; minstrels; and many more. Trolley riders will also enjoy Green-Wood’s gorgeous trees, sculptures and 19th-century mausoleums by the light of a late September afternoon. The tour will be led by Green-Wood guide Ruth Edebohls.
