The Lighting of the Annual Christmas Tree under the Washington Square Arch

At 6:00 pm
Christmas Caroling: The Rob Susman Brass Quartet performs. Santa Claus will be on hand. Songbooks will be distributed and Santa will be making an appearance!
The 45-foot Christmas tree under the Arch will be lit for the season between the hours of 4:00 pm and 1:00 am.
“The tree, from Vermont, is scheduled to arrive in Washington Square on Monday, December 2 at 4:00 am.”
