The annual St. George’s Day Barbecue and Potluck will be held at St. George’s Episcopal Church, 7 Rutherford Place at Stuyvesant Square. Due to limited parking in the neighborhood, use of public transportation is recommended.

    About Calvary- St. George’s Church

St. George’s Episcopal Church is a part of the Parish of Calvary-St. George’s. Its ministry began in 1749 when it was founded by Trinity Church Wall Street. The Church moved to its present location on Stuyvesant Square in 1846. A 1976 merger with three other nearby Episcopal Church congregations under the leadership of the Rev. Dr. Thomas F. Pike formed the current parish, currently led by the Rev. Jacob A. Smith. Visit for more information on events, ministries, and ways to connect.
