    “”This weekend we highlight some of our best vegan options from our longtime vendors, plus two pop-up vendors, Monk’s Meats and Rips Malt Shop, at the Smorgasburg Winter Market. You’ll want to try the delicious vegan options like the tofu bao from C Bao, a mushroom Ramen Burger, edamame dumplings from Destination Dumplings, mushroom pho from Pho Cup, vegan pastries at Stand Coffee, EVERYTHING at Chickpea and Olive, and more!
