    “”Dust off those badminton rackets and birdies as RECESS returns to Colonel’s Row for their infamous outdoor badminton challenge featuring 32 creative organizations battling for the title of New York City’s supreme shuttle cockers! Festivities include guest deejays, food vendors and a beer/wine tent. A few public courts will also be available.””
