The Queensboro Symphony Orchestra returns to Flushing’s exquisite Mary’s Nativity Church on Sunday, April 17th at 7pm to perform a stirring concert of legendary music from the Romantic period. Classics to be performed are Schubert’s haunting Unfinished Symphony, Brahms’ popular Variations on a Theme by Haydn, and dynamic concertos by Richard Strauss and Ferdinand David featuring soloists Katie Angielczyk on French horn and trombone virtuoso James Mansu Jung. Leading this concert are guest conductors Alex Yu & Audrey Edelstein.
Admission will be a Free-will offering.
