    Prayers of the Animals: All Creatures Great and Small

    The season begins with an a cappella concert against the backdrop of the Cathedral’s stunning Rose Windows, evoking imagery from the animal kingdom in a prelude to the Cathedral’s annual Saint Francis Day Blessing of the Animals.  The performance will feature pieces ranging from Renaissance motets to works by contemporary composers, including Eric Whitacre.
