Chinese Lunar New Year Fireworks in New York City

According to one major source the fireworks will be taking place on the fourth Thursday of this month. Latest update indicates that there was likely an error in the original listing as to the location. Soooo, it seems that the fireworks will be taking place off the Hudson in front of the Chinese Embassy after all…and not around 23rd Street as first mentioned and listed. For those unfamiliar, the Embassy is at and around the 43rd Street and the West Side Highway.
We’ve been there in the past and it’s a thrilling experience, just as most displays of this sort end up being.
