A hot drink on a hot day can cool you down! Learn about the importance of tea culture with Charlene Wang of Tranquil Tuesdays. Tranquil Tuesdays offers a curated selection of high-end teas that are locally sourced and unavailable outside China. Before she founded the company, Charlene served as a diplomatic officer in the U.S. Foreign Service. It was through her travels in Asia for work where she fell in love with the rich, diverse traditions anchored in tea culture. Join us for an evening with Charlene to sample and learn about the different tastes and origins of Chinese teas. She will answer questions and offer tips about the best ways to brew your tea.
