Mooncakes, lanterns, and the Jade Rabbit on the moon! Explore the customs and traditions behind this harvest festival with a mooncake tasting, arts and crafts, stellar story time, and more family fun! Drop-in crafts include calligraphy workshops, shadow puppet making, and more.

Celebrate the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival in Chinatown, with a relaxing afternoon/evening of stage performances, amusement rides, food from local shops, and info from local organizations and city agencies. Also our friends at GrowNYC will be hosting a Stop ‘N’ Swap, allowing passerbys to bring clean, reusable, portable items such as clothing, housewares, games, books & toys that are no longer needed, and for taking home at no cost.
