Michael LaValle’s Zabumbananas featuring special guest from Paris Loïc Da Silva on accordion and vocals. The show will feature a mix of standard Forró repertoire and selections from LaValle’s recent cycle of Forró instrumentals. Dancing encouraged; it’s the point of it. DJ sets of forró recordings from the 70’s and 80’s before, between, and after the live performance.
