    NY Lecture/Educational Series Continues – Hot Topics : Issues Facing the Shipping Industry

    Professor Ira Breskin, Senior Lecturer at SUNY Maritime College will discuss Hot Button Issues Facing the Shipping Industry. He is a journalist, lecturer, and editor, focusing on maritime-related subjects and is the author of “The Business of Shipping.” To his lectures and writing, Breskin brings more than 25 years of experience as a business journalist. Professor Breskin will cover topical subjects of prime interest to those impacted by ships including consumers, cruise ship and ferry passengers, environmentalists and those who admire, finance, insure or operate ships.
