    Kids Food FestThe Kids Food Festival, in conjunction with the James Beard Foundation and Upsilon Ventures, is a celebration to educate families about making healthy food choices to help create wholesome lifelong eating habits. The weekend long event will offer a host of family friendly activities including:

    • Cooking classes in the James Beard Foundation Future Foodies Pavilion
    • Food demonstrations
    • Live entertainment
    • The Balanced Plate Scavenger Hunt for kids with goody bag prizes
    • Food sampling
    • Huge giveaways

    Featured chefs include:

    Aaron McCargo Jr., Candice Kumai, Carla Hall, Carlo’s Bakery, Cricket Azima, Jehangir Mehta, Jessamyn Rodriguez, Kelsey Nixon, Kurt Gutenbrunner, Lucinda Scala Quinn, Mareya Ibrahim, Merlin Verrier, Richie Brandenburg, and Thiago Silva.
