    Deep in the park lies Lookout Hill, the highest point in Prospect Park and home of the Prospect Park Alliance’s Annual Halloween Haunted Walk. Ghouls and goblins lurk behind the trees, ready to provide a silly scare! An adult should accompany young children. Rain or shine.
