Grand Central Holiday Fair Casting Call
April 16-17, 2015
From 10 am to 4 pm in Vanderbilt Hall, Grand Central Terminal is hosting an open call to artists for the 2015 Holiday Fair. Artisans are invited to show samples of their products and receive feedback from Holiday Fair merchandising consultants. The focus for this year’s Holiday Fair is on locally made and American-made merchandise. Highly selective about the artists chosen to participate, the Holiday Fair team spends the year looking for unique vendors. A wide range of products and price points guarantees that New Yorkers, commuters, and tourists alike can find interesting gift items for others as well as items to covet for themselves. For this year’s artisan call, merchandising consultants are primarily interested in the following categories: men’s accessories, women’s accessories, jewelry, tabletop items, children’s toys and clothing, home décor, pottery, glassware, and photography. Food and machine-made products will not be evaluated at this time.
