Show off your costume and carouse with spectacular stilt walkers at Brooklyn’s wackiest costume parade. Shake a tail feather with the Ebony Hillbillies string band, Brazilian drumming, bluegrass, Banda de los Muertos, and old-time tunes by the Wampus Cats. Meet local children’s book creators, craft a potato pal, touch squirmy wormies, and much more.
