As the wealth of the nation grew, so did interest in fine food. In Foodies of the Past, MJM Assistant Curator and food historian Kelsey Brow will discuss the 19th-century democratization of food culture and the emergence of the “foodie.” Tastings—and kale!—will be included. $15, $10 members/students. Advanced registration is required.
