First Fridays! StorySLAM in collaboration with The Moth

7:00pm to 10:00pm
Join us for the first Bronx StorySLAM! The Moth StorySLAMs are open-mic storytelling competitions open to anyone with a five-minute story to share on the night’s theme. Be sure to arrive at 7pm, because when the doors open, storyteller hopefuls put their names in The Moth “hat”. A half-hour later, names are picked, and one by one, storytellers take the stage. From the ten features stories, a StorySLAM winner is chosen by judges selected from the audience. Come sign up to tell a story, or to just enjoy the show! Produced in collaboration with The Moth.
