Director Michael Levine’s documentary film tells the story of the Streit’s factory and the Streit family – an iconic New York institution and a fifth-generation family business that have long held firmly to tradition, churning flour and water into matzos in ovens as old as the factory itself. Director Michael Levine and a Streit’s family member will conduct a Q&A following the film.
