from 10 a.m. to noon (Soft Sculpture) and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. (Fashion Plates)
In an art workshop double-whammy, Morris-Jumel will host a morning soft-sculpture class for children with autism, and an afternoon family event in which participants will learn about and make fashion plates (the pre-photography illustrations that documented and dictated the latest in haute couture). Both events are free with museum admission. Advanced registration is required.
