Please join Community Resource Center for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc. in celebrating 40 years of delivering residential and support services to individuals with Developmental Disabilities.

Community Resource Center for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc. was one of the first not-for profit organizations to care for the developmentally disabled after the exposure of the deplorable conditions at the Willowbrook State School on Staten Island. The agency’s mission, as developed by its founder Sr. Barbara Ehrlich, is to care for individuals with developmental disability in a small, homelike settings where they can thrive emotionally and physically, be integrated into the surrounding community, and reach their full potential. The individuals under our care have become their own advocates and are active members of the community today.
