Calling all teen performers! Join the Young Audiences of New York (YANY) for a Literature to Life® one-man performance of the Lemon Andersen Play, County of Kings. In this 3-day series, teens will learn and have an opportunity to discuss the play and work with YANY artists to:
Explore the relationship between memoir and spoken word performance.
Research and examine poetry from Lemon’s literary influences.
Create their own adaptation of the performance.
