    Join the Alzheimer’s Association New York City Chapter to discuss late-stage symptoms and share ideas and strategies for communicating, spending time together and providing care for the individual living with Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia. Explore available resources that offer care and services for the range of needs seen in the late stage of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.  This free education program will take place as a teleconference.
