A trio of cocktails are your gift at this holiday version of the intoxicating Off-Broadway musical comedy The Imbible, which finds Scrooge refreshed and ready to throw a holiday cocktail party to rival old Fezziwig’s. Only he’s at a loss when it comes to libations. Marley arrives, and the duo set off again — accompanied by a cappella carolers — to visit a trio of experts on Christmas Spirits, learning how to mix the treasured drinks of the past and the molecular-based cocktails of the future, not to mention current-day favorites. You’ll share in the celebration at the Producers’ Club in New York with tastes of all three.
